- CurrentVision Associates Resource Ltd ("VARL") is a social enterprise, a not for profit organisation developed in 2006. The company is limited by guarantee and committed to providing significant support and training in developing people, policy and procedures in organisations to enhance the equality and diversity agenda locally, regionally and nationally. VARL is awarded by the Educational Development International (EDI) to deliver accredited training from July 2009. VARL's training programmes have improved over the years through customer's feedback and evaluation. We are open and welcome comments, suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality of our training to meet client needs. VARL directors and associates have over 60 years combined experience of working in the public sector in all aspects of equality and diversity, community development, community cohesion, and community engagement. This experience and knowledge is brought together in VARL for the benefit of the public and private sectors.
