Expertise
I am a professional business coach/consultant and trained Lean practitioner. My background is in the public sector with 30 years operational and strategic experience including coaching, training, finance, performance, management and delivey of transformational change. I now work with a wide variety of public, private and third sector businesses.
I have experience of working within the constraints of budget, policy and legislation in a large organisation but I also understand the challenges of setting up and running my own company.
I am trained in continuous improvement techniques and have hands-on experience of applying these skills within the workplace. I now coach individuals and groups in the practical application of Lean in the workplace.
I enjoy working with client teams in their own environment, coaching them in structure problem solving methods to develop and implement improved ways of working.
