Summary
I specialise in corporate insolvency and restructuring but also have experience of personal insolvency.
I deal with all aspects of administrations, whether it be a pre-pack, trading or wind down, and set out the pre-appointment strategy for an administration or liquidation, liaising with secured creditors, agents, and other stakeholders to enhance asset realisations.
As part of my role, I also undertakes complex investigations to identify additional realisations for the benefit of an estate and have experience winding down of offshore entities, including in Guernsey, Jersey, BVI and Cayman, which involves working closely with financial regulators and other stakeholders.
I started his insolvency career in 2008 at an accounting firm before moving to a large independent corporate restructuring and insolvency practice in 2016 before joining Quantuma in 2023.
