Who am I❓
*My retail experience comes from 30 years of working in a variety of roles from the shop-floor to buying, retail support to training, giving me an in-depth knowledge of how retail works.
*As a certified Trainer I have had the pleasure to spend the last 15 years using my experience to design and deliver training courses & resources to support Buying & Merchandising teams, providing them with context and covering a wide range of systems and processes.
*I act as a Subject Matter Expert to support & develop new initiatives and processes to enable Buying and Merchandising teams to be more productive and efficient.
*As a Trainer I have created and delivered induction training to retail teams, embedding the foundation knowledge and skills they require to fulfill their new roles effectively and also providing coaching where needed to build confidence.
In April of 2022 I left John Lewis Partnership to start a new adventure, CCW Learning Consultants, with my long time friend and colleague Georgina Webster. Together we want to carry on supporting Buying and Merchandising teams to be the best they can be.
