Alex is a highly experienced mental health professional with well over a decade spent across a breadth of different services. He has extensive managerial experience, holding senior positions in several different NHS trusts. He has a deep passion for mental health and the importance of ensuring well-being is treated as a priority, in all aspects of life. Alex is based in Brighton and delivers his work nationwide.
Alex has considerable experience and expertise in delivering mental health talks, training and workshops to clinical and non-clinical professionals, in an easy-to-understand way. He is a mental health and occupational health nurse in private practice, with expertise in the promotion of good mental health within the workplace. He is trained as a facilitator for post-incident critical debriefs and root cause analysis incident investigation.
Alex has led and supervised multi-professional teams through highly complex, challenging and stressful times, ensuring people are supported in delivering productive, safe and effective practice.
