Summary
Alexandra McAdam Clark is an accredited workplace and employment dispute mediator (ADRg) and registered with the Civil Mediation Council. Her background is as a trade union officer for over 20 years in the medical public sector. She led the negotiations team on behalf of 5 trade unions (BMA, FDA, PCS, UCU and Unite).
Alexandra set up McAdam Mediation, a three person panel, in 2010 and it specialises in employment disputes including relationship retrieval.
Alexandra developed an in house mediation service for a leading public sector organisation and has trained public servants in conflict resolution and mediation.
In her role as lead negotiator for 5 trade unions and as part of the Research Council sector, Alexandra has expertise in most fields of employment including contractual disputes, redundancies, pension rights, interpersonal disputes and diversity and equality issues.
Alexandra is an assessor for the Dispute Resolution Service at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has also assessed and trained law students for ADRg in Bristol and London (BPP).
Alexandra has dual British and French nationality.
