101 - 500 Employees 2025 - CurrentResponsible for carrying out pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services (including review and audit work) in Manchester and Northwest of England, working on predominantly public sector projects – especially education.
Tender Manager responsible to procure all tender exercises (JCT Tradicional or D&B) according to contract procedures; also responsible for tender management and analysis.
Cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed Cost Planning and post contract cost management, issuing interim valuations of building works and maintaining a rolling final account.
Ability to control day to day programming and planning, monitor progress and expenditure of projects.
Carried out monthly PM Cash Flow and Cost reports to advise the client on any cost or contractual matters arising from the project where necessary.
Ability to support Business development, bids and presentations.
