Since the pandemic, I have been a Director at NuVirtu Media, with responsibility for helping to set up and manage several successful content-based affiliate websites. This has afforded me the time and resources to hone my skills and knowledge in the digital marketing arena.
Today, I support the day-to-day operations of Switch Jam Digital. A digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow their online visibility and improve their return on marketing spend.
Our services include search engine optimization, pay-per-click and social media advertising, and nurturing prospects into sales funnel automation. Our portfolio of products helps local businesses, SMEs, and e-commerce stores across the UK, North America and Europe.
Pre-pandemic I held a career in Human Resources that spanned more than 20 years. During this time I had the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of recruitment, training and development, HR analytics, employee relations, and employee law.
I have extensive experience of working within a corporate environment from advising and partnering with internal clients in marketing, finance, IT, Sales and Operations to building relationships with external customers in hospitality, retail, automotive, manufacturing and engineering.
