Summary

I have over 20 years of Family Law experience and have been working in an advisory and client representative capacity since 2014, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. As a member of Resolution, I have a conciliatory and empathetic approach.

I assist clients in relation to divorce and dissolution proceedings and resoluition of the associated financial/property matters to include obtaining financial orders such as propety adjustment orders, lump sum orders, periodical payments orders (spousal maintenance) and pension sharing orders.

I advise separated, unmarried clients in relation to financial and/or contested property matters where beneficial ownership is being disputed.

I also assist clients in relation to protecting their wealth, in the form of Pre or Post-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements, to pre-empt any issues in the unfortunate event of a future separation.

I have a keen interest in representing and supporting clients in connection with Court proceedings concerning disputes over care arrangements for children and chid(ren) relocation applications. I am experienced in dealing with private law chidren matters involving complex welfare and safeguarding issues.
