Summary
I am a Chartered Health & Safety Professional with 20 years experience across a number of industries including (but not limited to) construction, manufacturing and engineering. I am to provide a cost effective solution to small businesses to address their statutory responsibilities and duty of care. I can provide a structured approached including preparation of a health and safety management systems, implementation of health and safety processes and procedures, gap analysis and action identification, auditing, site safety inspections, accident investigations, training needs analysis, management of health and safety accreditation processes, preparation of risk assessments, CoSHH Assessments, DSEAR Assessments and Method Statements/Safe Systems of Work, qualitative face fit testing, attendance of board and management meetings, presentations, and effective communication with all levels of people from the boardroom to the workface.
In addition to my experience as a health and safety professional, I have also completed training to implement lean manufacturing practices which can be a great asset to implementing good health and safety practices.
