I don’t start with software, automation or a predetermined solution. I start by understanding the business, the people involved and the problem that needs solving. Often the best answer is simplifying an existing process. Where technology genuinely adds value, my background in software development and technical leadership means I can also help bridge the gap between identifying an operational problem and implementing a practical solution.
