Conflict Management is a specialism and also adult social care, these are only some of the areas I personally deliver. Having worked in the welfare to work world, I have assisted long term unemployed back in to paid employment, firstly concentrating on their own confidence initially, improving self esteem then moving gently on to full employability courses.
Working directly with employers is an area which can and has produced solid working partnerships and trus partnership working.
