Summary
I have had a 20-year legal career since I graduated from law school. 19 of those years have been spent practising employment law. The majority of my time is spent working with businesses. I have worked with every sector of business, from small cafes to huge credit card companies. I am an expert in Employment Tribunal advocacy, particularly as a Defence Lawyer for businesses. I also offer long-term monthly retainer packages for companies. They can opt for booking so many hours per month and this work can include advice, litigation & case preparation, documentation, and training courses. I can also work with individuals of course, whether they need advice on an ongoing issue or they need representation in the Employment Tribunals.
