• Managing our showrooms appearance, making sure they are updated with the latest innovations in our industry as well as maintaining a fresh and in-trend feel for our customers.
• Maintain key relationships with repeat clients, working with property developers, architects, and Interiors designers.
• Forging longstanding professional relationships with suppliers and manufactures.
• Managing a team of employees and subcontractors daily.
• Providing inhouse training for new member of staff and guidance into the industry.
• A good understanding of construction plans and architects’ drawings.
• General kitchen sales and design, Site surveying and project management for multiple contracts.
• General bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation and producing data for Management Accounting and Work in Progress.
• Marketing responsibilities both in house and working with external companies employed by Hubble to generate leads increasing company revenue.
