I am looking to grow my presence in Birmingham. SPF was previously a part of Savills UK, we have spread our wings and are looking for new partners to which we can support by providing mortgages for both clients and staff.
We will support your clients at any stage you or they need us and when they transact you will receive a 25% payaway.
We transacted over £3.5 billion worth of lending in 2021 in the UK alone, therefore, we receive a lot of trust and exclusives from lenders.
We also provide mortgages to employees of Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Savills (and their clients) among others, and our service will also be free for employees of your business.
Although the financials are important, the main reason for this is that it adds an additional way for you to help support your client’s needs.
