Summary
I am a Development and Housebuilding solicitor at Boyes Turner LLP in Reading, Berkshire. My team specialise in acting on all aspects of development transactions from assisting on Heads of Terms, acquisition of land/property (including by option, conditional contract, JV etc.) together with any security package through to setting up the site for sales.
