I'm an HR professional who's spent most of my career working with financial services and other international businesses, helping leaders tackle everything from organisational change and employee relations to talent, reward and all those people challenges that come with running a business. I genuinely enjoy building relationships, finding practical solutions and making a real difference.
I'm currently looking for my next permanent or fixed-term HR Business Partner role in London or West Kent (or the right contract opportunity), so I thought I'd put myself out there and expand my network.

500+ Employees 2022 - 2024At PineBridge Investments, I was the Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA, partnering with senior leaders and investment teams across five jurisdictions in a highly regulated FCA environment. I worked closely with Managing Directors to shape organisational structures, workforce plans, talent strategies and succession planning, while acting as a trusted advisor on complex people matters.
My role covered the full spectrum of senior HR partnership, including employee relations, organisational change, performance and reward reviews, compensation benchmarking, mobility, and regulatory governance. I supported leaders through complex situations, including restructures and sensitive employee matters, while ensuring a strong focus on risk management, compliance and employee experience.

MA in Personnel & Development, University of Westminster
BA (Hons) Politics (2:1), University of the West of England
Associate Member of the CIPD
Over 20 years' HR experience across financial services and international organisations
Senior HR Business Partner specialising in employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent management
Experience supporting FCA-regulated businesses across the UK and EMEA
Strong knowledge of Workday, UKG and HR analytics
