I am a Solicitor and Partner at Quality Solicitors Roberts Crossley. I am also the firms nominated Money Laundering Reporting Officer and have established and developed policies and procedures to prevent and detect money laundering - such procedures include risk assessment, internal checks and training.
I deal with all aspects of family law including separation, divorce and ancillary relief. I am a member of Resolution and am committed to their ethos of resolving family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way. I aim to provide clients with clear, common sense, yet sensitive advice, in what can be an unpleasant time for them. I appreciate that the breakdown of a relationship is difficult and strive to make the procedure of divorce as simple, swift and as amicable as possible.
In addition, I also undertake considerable residential conveyancing work. I understand that buying a home is likely to be the biggest financial transaction a person will ever make and consequently is considered one of life’s most stressful challenges. I endeavor to provide clients with a quick, efficient and personal service - making the process of buying and selling a home as smooth and painless as possible.
