As a building surveyor, I have been heavily involved in multiple areas such as major works projects, handling commercial lease expiry and dilapidations, producing Home Buyers surveys, schedules of condition, maintenance scheduling, defect diagosis, full building surveys, structural assessments, construction reinstatement assessmnets, Partywall matters and much much more.
With a background in accounting from a previous career, i have developed a keen eye for detail and am highly efficient, well organized and above all professional. But what good is stating this without evidence? Well, during my university days with Anglia Ruskin, I recieved two acedemic awards for high achievements and finished with a first class honours degree. Now striving towards gaining my full chartership through the RICS, under the tutorledge of a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years of experience, you can rest assured that any works i produce for you, will be accurate, well throught through and always high-quality.
