Charlie McIntyre the principle trainer and a highly qualified professional, has a wealth of knowledge gained from hands on experience with over 30 years in the sales and management arena. Planning through to Closing with sales skill testing then a one day course that is shaped to suit experienced individuals who have had exposure to sales and could do with a refresher, or people new to sales or with no formal sales training that need to know the rules.
Telephone Sales - Live calls 2hr sessions contacting actual customer base and getting results.
Key Account Management - How to get the most from large multi sited companies. Do we really know our largest Customers and how much of their potential business do we enjoy?
Field Sales Training - Including Main Accounts and Sales Managers getting in the customer where it matters with the decision-makers. One to one sessions or courses to complement these job roles also provided.
Appraisals - Gathering vital information from employees on how they feel about the Company and how they are treated - They tell me a lot more than their line manager. This has proven to be useful in nipping small problems in the bud before they become costly bigger problems.
Screening Interviews - Mainly for sales roles the aim is to leave busy Sales Directors with a short list of the right candidates at a more cost effective rate and free their time to carry out more constructive duties.
Interim Management - Perform the Sales Director or Sales Managers role for a determined period of time with clearly defined aims and targets
Leadership & Management tuition - skill testing to understand where we need to concentrate and then training in strategy planning, motivation, hold effective one to one's, problem solving, delegation, workplace moaning and coaching skills.
Presentation & Networking Skills - From how to give confident presentations to working a room at a networking event or seminar or just understanding how vital it is for all of us to network properly

Charlie McIntyre has been a Sales Director for a Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Training Companies. We delivered to over 50 different clients last year including printers, removals, web site designers, recruiters, renewable energy experts, property experts, media designers, stationers and retailers to name but a few We believe in giving our clients what they want and need, not getting them to fit in with our areas of expertise. If we can't help you we know our limitations and will refer you to someone who can. We can build bespoke cost effective courses for companies with large numbers of staff who would benefit from common messages on their responsibilities for sales, networking and customer service. They are informative, practical, fun, and not too time consuming as delivered in half day slots to suit you and do not take large groups away from the front line for too long a period.
