Summary
Concert are a multi-disciplin construction consultancy covering Project Management, Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy and CDM Consultancy.
I head up the CDM and H&S team and have been a consultant for 22 years since leaving the Royal Navy in 2000. As a H&S professional I believe that costing my services should not be based, like a lot of our competitors, on a percentage of the construction budget, but assessed on how I will resource the individual elements of the regulations required to safely deliver the clients project.
I believe that compliance should be the starting point of a project and not where the project finishes. The planning stages are key to that compliance jumping off point.
