A highly engaging and passionate CIPD qualified freelance trainer and consultant with a simple goal of adding value through interactive solutions. My ‘why’, both professionally and personally, is to genuinely inspire and motivate people to seek the benefits of developing, improving and growing themselves on a continual basis.
Experienced in the delivery of leadership and management workshops and coaching, utilising neuro-science and mind management techniques to enable leaders to understand themselves better in order to effectively lead their teams.
All workshops/coaching are tailored to the needs of the audience but I believe in a high energy, collaborative and fun environment that, most importantly, adds value and insight to those in attendance.
