Our magazine gives women a voice and allows them to feel heard. We strongly believe through lived experience that there is a very clear gap between the needs of women and the support available to them. We aim to deliver that support and offer tools and opportunities that can help develop and shape a woman’s experience. Our magazine acts as a signpost to vital local services that support the needs of women while encouraging them to connect, celebrate and support one another. Our organisation aims to remove the negative stigmas around subjects that women face daily, whether that’s around mental health, physical health, or social wellbeing. We normalise success by inspiring women, championing their goals, and offering them the support of a like-minded community to help them build the lives they deserve.

Our magazine is uniquely designed to speak to women of all ages about subjects that are often connected with stigma or taboo and address these subjects in a useful, interesting and relatable way. We ensure our articles offer practical solutions to issues women in our society may be facing.
