I’ve worked in recruitment for the past 13 years, focusing on building relationships with both clients and candidates through each project managed. I specialise in the supply of blue collar trades to the construction and engineering industries. I oversee the recruitment of trades personnel across the UK, I work on behalf of industry leading clients to ensure that their projects are delivered on-time to a high standard and under budget.
I also gained valuable experience recruiting in Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing before moving to Industrial Trades and Marine.
