Summary
My vision for the future of UK plc is simple:
businesses led by competent managers and inspiring leaders who execute, not just intend.
My mission is to transform accidental managers into leaders who create clarity, stability, and results—through action, not abstraction.
Through Invictus, I work at the intersection of thinking and doing. I design and facilitate workshops and coaching that translate management theory into operational behaviour—turning insight into execution inside real organisations.
I currently work with managers and leaders across manufacturing, infrastructure, education, and public services, supporting them to move from dependency and noise to ownership, control, and momentum.
Alongside Invictus, I am completing a PhD exploring the relevance gap between management theory and practice. My work positions Invictus as the bridge—where ideas are stripped of complexity and tested through action until they change behaviour.
When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll find me walking mindfully or writing—both are practices in clarity.
Invictus is built on one principle:
Insight is not progress.
Only execution counts.
If you are serious about becoming a competent manager and an inspiring leader,
connect—and execute your next step.

Invictus exists to close the gap between knowing and doing in management and leadership.
I founded Invictus to support accidental managers and business leaders who carry responsibility without having been equipped with the systems, clarity, or confidence required to lead effectively. The focus is not theory, motivation, or inspiration—but execution.
Through Invictus, I design and deliver workshops, coaching, and operating frameworks that translate management thinking into practical behaviour. The work centres on creating clarity, reducing founder dependency, and building managers who can lead teams, make decisions, and execute consistently.
My approach is grounded in real organisational environments, not abstract models. Insight is only useful when it changes what people do—what they prioritise, how they lead, and how the business runs day to day.
Alongside Invictus, I am completing a PhD examining the relevance gap between management theory and practice, positioning Invictus as the bridge where ideas are tested, simplified, and turned into action.
Invictus operates on one standard:
