I have a great deal of experience in all aspects of family law, and specialise in divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private law children matters.
I am extremely well versed in financial relief claims (formerly called ancillary relief) following divorce, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as a range of private law children matters, including child arrangements (contract and residence), prohibited steps orders, specific issues orders, and leave to remove cases.
I am focused on trying to achieve early and amicable resolutions wherever possible, with a view to avoiding court proceedings and unnecessary costs.
