Welcome to AdliteUK Ltd, IT support and managed service provider. AdliteUK became a limited company in 2009 and was setup by myself and Andrew Faulkner. We both worked together at one of the UK’s largest CCTV manufacturers in Stockport. There are 6 employees with a wealth of experience and technical abilities.
There are two divisions to the company one is the IT side and the other, iViewUK is the CCTV, Alarm and access control side. We find these complement each other well because business owners like the fact they only have the one number to call with respect to any issues from the IT side through to maintenance of camera and door entry systems etc.
What sets us apart from the competition? Low overheads + Remote support =Low monthly support payments for a comprehensive maintenance support program. We don’t tie our clients in to any contract as we are that confident that you will be totally satisfied with our service. Our 100% retention rate is key to this belief. We are totally dedicated to having your system running without any unplanned downtime.
The smallest company we support is 3 employees and our largest company is 75+ employees with majority of the employees connecting remotely to the headquarters from all over the U.K. We have an ever growing number of clients and are close to recruiting new members of staff to ensure we never spread ourselves thinly.
One of our clients, an international solicitor, referred one of their clients a Turkish company setting up in Manchester. We were able to provide the client with everything from stationary, desks/cupboards right through to all the IT equipment, Web hosting, various software and complete the office setup for them ready to move in.
We work with lots of not-for-profit and charity organisations and can offer discounts where applicable.

1991 - 2005IT Support Engineer. Responsible for approximately 125 PCs, 6 servers, telephone system, access-control and building security. Working with all departments of a busy manufacturing plant from shop floor to directors. Projects included implementing Alcatel phone system and seamless switchover. Server upgrades, firewall implementation, antivirus software roll-out and backup/disaster recovery strategy implemented. HP-UX server running MFG/PRO (MRP software). Windows NT3.51 / 4 2000 servers. Managing the security of the IT systems – firewall / anti-virus / message filtering. Develop IT HR document. Responsible for remote R&D site in Cambridge ensuring data backups and resolving any issues quickly. Production Engineer. Streamline manufacturing processes using just in time / KANBAN / design for manufacture. Generate programs for the surface mount machines. Carry out maintenance on SMD machines. Install, setup and generate programs for one of the first Automated Optical Inspection Machines in the UK. Generate KPIs and continuous improvement using statistical process controls. Create method build sheets and test requirement forms for shop floor staff to easily follow on build and test of products. I was highly involved with products from initial prototype right through to the end product. Involved heavily with E.M.C and low voltage directive when first implemented. Surface Mount Supervisor. Supervise a small team to ensure PCBs built to high quality and standard. Monitor processes and generate KPIs for management and quality meetings.
