Our philosophy is built around a `me to you` approach as we deliver our unique approach to HR in-company. Because we work closley with our clients we get to know their business, proactively help to deal with problems and improve the management skills.
We`ve listened to our clients over the years; this has led to the development of our unique HR Support and Development Programme: Solution, which gives companies their own HR department with a big difference - it works proactively to improve the business! SOLUTION gives you your own professionally qualified expert (not just a call-centre or helpline) who will:
* Complete an on-site audit of your HR systems
* Ensure legal compliance (contracts of employment, staff handbook)
* Quarterly visits to ensure you are kept up to date and management skills are
improved.
* Help on-site when you need it (to deal with staff issues and also improve systems
e.g. appraisals, induction systems etc)
* Telephone support (for those times when telephone support is all you need) SOLUTION
is designed to provide ongoing year-on-year HR support and development.
