We are qualified, insured and regulated, and are a leading firm in Coventry and Warwickshire, as well as in West Midlands, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire specialising in Will writing. Not everyone advertising themselves is. Many common advertisements are by so-called 'national' companies that in reality have only one office and operate through local agents recruited from diverse backgrounds. Usually they advertise unviable low costs to attract people's attention - costs that bear no relationship to what is actually charged once their foot is through the door.
We believe that we have some of the lowest fees in the area. If you can find a local qualified firm, subject to a Professional Regulatory Code of Practice that enforces standards, that are as strict as ours, and whose Code is also externally monitored by a recognised authority, as ours is, for your enhanced protection, if there normal fee is less than that qouted by us. Then we undertake to at least match that lower fee.
