I am a qualified ACL Costs Lawyer achieving highest exam result of all who sat the exam in 2012. I am an ambitious, driven, loyal, passionate and a hardworking conscientious individual. I have 15 years experience as a Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer and currently work at an excellent, highly regarded well established Costs Drafting Practice with offices throughout the UK. I have previously worked at a Top 100 Defendant Law Firm in Bolton, Keoghs LLP, for three years and also worked as a Senior Manager at the largest claimant only UK Law Costs Practices, Compass Law for four years. My experience covers all aspects of law from Legal Aid Matrimonial matters to High Value Commercial Litigation, Clinical Negligence, Costs Budgets - Precedent H, CMC's, CAT/PI costs, EL, PL, OL, Industrial Disease, RTAs, Predictive, MOJ/Portal costs etc. I have experience of dealing with both claimant and defendant costs and have honed my advocacy skills at county court and SCCO level.
