Summary
I am passionate about people development. Helping people succeed at any level though better communication, collaboration, leadership and teamwork has been a driver for me for many years.
Throughout my professional life I have had the opportunity to have a positive impact on many people and used skills for leadership development and fostering high performing teams. During much of this time I have had a parallel career in the Training Branch of the RAF Volunteer Reserve. Working in schools and away at MOD establishments I have found this incredibly rewarding and have had a significant positive impact on many hundreds of young adults lives.
These roles have provided excellent synergies with people development, leadership, teamwork and communication aspects required in a global scientific organisation and also led to an understanding that training and coaching at any level brings massive benefits.
I am a self-motivated individual with enthusiasm to succeed at all levels through utilising my experience and the strengths that lie in teams.
