My service seeks to enable you to make Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Wills that are robust and serve your survivors. My recommendations should enable your beneficiaries to inherit more than they otherwise would.
I have personal experience of dealing with the NHS without a Health and Welfare LPA and your Attorneys will need this to access your records if they are to defend claims to pay care home fees.
