Summary
Liz is head of the Employment Team at Cassell Moore. She joined from Square One Law LLP (Newcastle), and prior to that, Hill Dickinson LLP. Liz has significant experience in advising on all aspects of employment law with particular experience in advising clients across the hospitality, retail, pharmaceutical and environmental sectors.
She has particular expertise in advising on complex reorganisations, collective redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, executive terminations.
Liz is a trusted advisor to a number of long standing clients. She provides regular training to clients to identify and minimise risk areas for clients.
