Hi. I am Ella and the founder of Ella Halliday HR. I created Ella Halliday HR because I have a passion for people and helping organisations achieve their goals through forward thinking HR strategies and being people centric and authentic in what they do.
I am an experienced senior HR professional with over 14 years experience in Private, Public and Not-for-profit sectors. My background is as a HR generalist, but I have experience in all areas of HR, such as change management, employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, HR systems and HR Business Partnering.
I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD since 2018 and have an MA in Human Resource Management.
