I am a transformation delivery expert with 19 years making complex programmes land when ownership is unclear and multiple stakeholders must align. My career has been built on being the execution partner to CIOs, CTOs and Head of Transformation: I sit next to the executive, co-create the vision and make it real through workstream governance, coordinating specialist teams, and ensuring the transformation actually delivers. I have done this for Europe's largest tower carve-out (68,000 sites, 9 markets), for post-merger IT integration in maritime telecoms, and for IT operating model redesign in financial services. I am most effective when there is no playbook and the programme needs someone who can design the structure and run the execution simultaneously.
