A bit about me.......
I am the Founder of Navigate International HR Consultants and have over 25 years of HR experience across the chemical, sustainable technologies, manufacturing, and retail sectors, I bring deep expertise in all areas of HR, including people management, employee development and business performance improvement. I have a strong track record supporting Employees across Europe, including designing and executing European reward and benefits strategies, managing global and regional payroll, and driving complex cross-border organisational change.
I’ve led major HR initiatives, including the establishment of an International HR function under a Global Business Services (GBS) model in a FTSE 100 company, the successful transition to a global payroll provider, and the implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework. My experience also includes managing European employee relations projects compliantly and with integrity. I also have experience leading HR compliance audits, reviewing employment contracts and aligning contractual terms across countries, and working with third party providers to ensure compliance.
Additionally, I have managed the full HR setup for new legal entities — including policy development, contract templates, Workday HRIS configuration, government registrations, payroll, reward structures, and benefits.
I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
