I am a firm believer that HR isn't all about red tape, policies, procedures, and tick box exercises. This is one of the reasons I left corporate HR and moved into consultancy - to be able to support with a practical, no-nonsense approach, and help you to both grow your business and build an environment where your employees thrive.
