Summary

Emma is an ICF PCC accredited Executive Coach who works with mid, senior and C-suite level executives. Trained in neuroscience and the psychological underpinnings of coaching, Emma has a deep understanding of how people function, grow and change.  She strives to help her clients increase their awareness, potential and performance through sustainable behavioural change and actionable goals.
Emma specialises in helping people to become great leaders, to enhance their performance in new and existing roles, to be more resilient, confident, better communicators and to find vision, clarity and direction in their career development, change or transition.  She believes that when individuals are performing to the best of their abilities they can achieve growth, excellence and success for themselves, their teams and their organisations.  Emma is an advocate for wellbeing sitting at the heart of creating both personal change and an environment where people can flourish.  As such, she enjoys working with clients to help them better manage stress and pressure, to create positive mindsets and belief systems, to change unhelpful behaviour patterns and to look after their physical, emotional and mental health, so that they can thrive in their lives and their careers.
Emma has coached professionals from a variety of backgrounds including the advertising, retail, finance, legal, charity, public and medical sectors as well as entrepreneurs, journalists, writers and business owners.  Her unique approach combines brain based coaching conversations from her knowledge of neuroscience, with creative thinking from her advertising career and her experience of operating at a peak level of performance as an international athlete.  Her clients have described her as being warm, calm, with just the right amount of challenge and extremely high EI.
Emma runs her own Executive Coaching company, Performance Path Coaching, and is an Executive Coach and Trainer for The National Advertising Benevolent Society, as well as for associate coaching companies.  She holds the ICF Level 2 Advanced Coaching Diploma in Integrative Coaching and a Practionner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (accredited by the ICF and EMCC)
In addition to being an Executive Coach, Emma is also a trainer, facilitator and designer of tailored face-to-face, virtual and blended learning training programs, group coaching sessions and workshops. Partnering with UK and global organisations she has developed bespoke and customizable leadership training programs which have created business transformation, cultural change and leadership expertise.  She also designed and delivers the NABS’ Manager’s Mindsets program and was the lead trainer for the HERd program, which supported the next generation of female leaders in the advertising industry with career progression, confidence and mental wellness, in and outside of work.
Emma has over 20 years of experience in people development, business, and communications thanks to her background in coaching and advertising.  She has worked for several leading advertising agencies with some of the world’s largest brands (P&G, Unilever, L’Oreal and Johnson & Johnson to name a few).  This has enabled her to gain knowledge of leading and managing teams, business acumen, creative thinking, strategic skills and communicating with others.
