Having years of experience working at a senior level in industry, it is clear to me that generally people are aware of the need to maintain robust health and safety standards. However, although there are copious amounts of regulations, materials and literature around, when it comes down to implementing these statutory requirements, some organisations find it over-burdening, and need support.
