I set up PRIDE in People in 2012 as I realised there was a gap in the market to help SME's who do not need a full time HR Manager and do not want to be tied into an expensive retainer. I have arrange of clients from different industries and I deliver a commercial, no fuss, jargon free, plain talking approach.

PRIDE in People stands for everything I can offer, Performance Management, Recruitment, Innovation, Development and Employment Law. I can offer everything HR from a simple policy or procedure to a full HR system including Contracts of Employment, Company Handbooks, Policies and Procedures etc.

I can also run a training sessions on subjects such as, disciplinary and grievance, recruitment, time management, train the trainer and performance management ie appraisal training.

I am based in Didsbury, but can cover the whole of the North West, I aim to be available to my clients at times to suit them.
