1 - 5 Employees 2018 - 2019My aim is to provide ER solutions to take the headache out of ER relations and protecting your business, I can provide you with a full suite of HR related documentation, policy and processes through to implementation, issuing of new starter documentation, offers of employment and terms and conditions. I can provide assistance with recruitment and bespoke learning and development packages tailored to your individual needs.
I have a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience, having worked in many industries large and small I have a great understanding of the constraints HR can bring.
I am Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified.
I am based in the Blackburn area in the North West, I arrange visits to your site for an initial free consultation or for Pay&Go customers it may be advice over the telephone or email only.
