We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and have been helping businesses to raise vital growth finance since 2002.
In the past few years, we have lent almost £25m to small businesses in the East of England and helped to raise close to £48m in equity investments.
Across the East of England region, (Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire) we manage our own £20m debt fund which can lend from £100k to £500k typically towards Growth Projects including:
• Purchasing new equipment including hardware and software
• Acquiring new vehicles or machinery
• Developing new products or services including R&D, consultancy and licensing
• Recruiting additional staff *including up to 6 months’ salary costs
• Sales & Marketing activity / digital transformation / web development and ecommerce
• Moving to new premises
• Entering new markets and exporting overseas
We are also accredited to manage the Government backed Growth Guarantee Scheme (GGS) which also provides loans from £50k to £500k
