    National Management Development Trainer

    Responsible for the implementation of a range of Strategic and Developmental Learning Interventions. This included working closely at all levels of the national 18,000 management population; in partnership with senior management sponsors and a variety of reputable external training providers. => Responsible for the Analysis, Design and Delivery of a Senior Manager Development Programme for Parcel Force Worldwide. This involved the national launch event for the programme to establish the expectations of both directors and candidates, advanced personal development methods and motivational sessions. The content of the yearlong Development Programme included both Technical Skills and Personal Skills elements tailored for industry needs. The programme’s success was recognised by the Learning & Development Director. => Led and facilitated over 30 Performance Management, Change Management, and Personal Coaching events to audiences of between 25-80 Managers. This was a key enabler in delivering the Strategic Business Objectives of improved performance productivity and measureable results in our management population.

    Operational Diversity Manager - Merseyside
    2006 - 2007
    Working with the Area Management Team and Operational Managers to drive a positive cultural change in Equality and Diversity within the working environment. Working closely with Managers to resolve Diversity & HR issues as well as providing HR advice support and consultancy services. => 56% improvement in the employee engagement index within 6 months of a “We’re Listening” campaign centred on everyone having the right to a voice in the workplace. As well as a significant overall improvement in the ‘My manager treats me fairly’ scores across 3 shifts and 23 managers in the largest operational unit. => Responsible for the creation of a Dignity and Respect At Work Group who were instrumental in the construction of a Multi Faith Prayer Room and a Library Area within their Unit. As well as a Multi Faith Calendar and themed monthly events to raise awareness of the varied communities at work. => Independently investigated all Bullying & Harassment Complaints within Merseyside to establish trends in issues and implement action plans locally to eliminate reoccurrence. Number of people leaving the business due to B&H dropped to zero with no Employment Tribunals Registered for this period.
