I am a commercially minded HR leader and ICF-accredited executive coach with over 25 years’ experience spanning energy, finance, technology, consultancy, media, and non-profit sectors. I bring a unique combination of strategic insight, hands-on delivery, and coaching expertise, whilst enabling organisations to navigate transformation, strengthen leadership capability and unlock performance.
Known for solving complex people challenges with creative, business-aligned solutions, I’ve led multiple transformation and integration programmes (including TUPE, restructuring, and culture change) while maintaining strong employee engagement and operational continuity. My experience includes designing and implementing leadership pipelines, capability frameworks, and employee engagement strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
