Gemma Shepherd-Etchells is a non-practising solicitor and proprietor of GEM Legal Training which is authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Council of Licensed Conveyancers to provided CPD to legal professionals.

Gemma's lecturing experience include being an Associate Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan and Salford University. She also lectures to a wide range of legal professionals across the country for various institutions providing CPD content through pre-recorded lectures, live internet seminars or face-to-face presentations.

Having studied at Warwick University and Osgoode Hall Law School, Canada and spent time at the European Courts of Justice, she is a regular contributor to Mensa's legal publication and sits on the legal advisory panel of Mensa.

She also champions small businesses, being a mentor, attending local networking sessions and national business events
