In my career I have covered the whole spectrum of Disciplines within the marketing mix, whilst with Players I ran numerous events from within their sponsorship portfolio as well as trade and consumer related promotions.
During my career in the music industry I organised the launches and promotion of existing and new artists throughout Europe, as well as negotiating international licensing agreements.
The two years I spent with Cussons International I was responsible for the exploitation and marketing of all their brands throughout North and Central America, Canada and the Caribbean.
In 1987 I was a founding director of Blackspur Advertising and marketing and as Managing Director oversaw the work carried out in the above and below the line departments as well as the special events department.
From 1991- 2005 as MD of MSB I was responsible for all areas of the business, which actually swung more towards corporate events, hospitality and conference work than marketing.
My final move in 2005 was to set up GB Events which has specialised in corporate hospitality, special events, conference and training organisation and incentive schemes.
