I am an experienced HR professional that can provide you with support in all areas of HR from strategic advice and guidance through to support with any performance management issues or challenging staffing issues you may be facing e.g. disciplinaries, absence management or grievances. I will work with you to find the best solution for your company understanding that one size does not fit all.
I can assist you with your recruitment, onboarding and retention as well as writing any contract, policies and procedures that may need to be put in place due to the ever changing landscape we live in.
