Summary
I have over 15 years of experience working for education providers in the work-based learning sector.
Within my current role, I use my in-depth expertise of government funding opportunities to help businesses make the best use of Apprenticeships, work experience trainees and a variety of in-house and online courses, designed to develop and improve employee knowledge and skills. Providing support for all types of business, large and small, I take a consultative approach to ensure businesses are getting the best out of their people.
As an advocate of CPD, I have a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for people development, I am also a qualified assessor with professional qualifications in business management, learning and development and workplace psychology.
