Qualifications
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in International Compliance and have extensive experience working across regulated financial services, with a particular focus on consumer credit, governance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty and regulatory oversight.
My background includes senior compliance leadership roles within regulated firms, giving me a practical understanding of FCA expectations, business pressures and the need for proportionate, commercially aware compliance support.
I combine formal compliance training with hands-on experience in building frameworks, strengthening governance, reviewing policies and procedures, supporting regulatory change and helping firms evidence good customer outcomes.
