With over 20 years’ experience in diverse sectors such as telecommunications, travel, insurance, banking and FMCG, James understands the challenges of working in large, multi-functional organisations. And as the founder of Momentus, he gets the entrepreneurial itch too.
It’s all insight he draws on to help people connect better with themselves, and each other. Following a successful career providing keynote and motivational talks, running leadership and development programmes and providing one-to-one coaching and business consultancy, he wanted to use his expertise in human behaviour and communication to bring greater clarity and purpose to individuals and businesses.
